Alex and Shelby , are both Orlando natives, who desire to raise their two girls, Ellie and Caroline in the incredible community they both hold so dearly. They have enjoyed growing with their clients, starting their business as “First Time Homebuyer Experts” and evolving into “Growing Family Experts”. They love working in Real Estate for the relationships it creates and sharing their love with all Orlando has to offer as they chose to make it “home”.
If they aren’t showing houses or holding open houses on the weekend, you will catch them at “Burn Boot Camp” and “Crunch” for an early morning workout, followed by a trip to New Smyrna Beach or a sporting event out at UCF. Their love for family runs deep, as their lives center around their two girls. Ellie and Caroline are a great example of how important family is to the Serrão Team and part of how they live out their slogan “treating you like family every step of the way”.

Alex and Shelby Serrão
Alex Serrão
Honest, bright and with a contagious energy, Alex Serrão is a young real estate professional who possesses wisdom and integrity beyond his years. Alex was born and raised in Winter Park, attending Bishop Moore Catholic High School and St. Margaret Mary Catholic School where he remains active in the church community. Alex attended the University of Central Florida where he graduated Summa cum laude with a degree in finance and accounting.
Balancing both work, education and family, he continued his pursuit of knowledge and success by attending the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College where he received his MBA with honors focusing in entrepreneurship and negotiations. He is a part of the UCF and Rollins’ extensive alumni network.
Prior to obtaining his real estate license, Alex worked at Earl Enterprises as a Financial Analyst and as an Operations Manager for a multi-million dollar life safety company where he received the President’s Award for Manager of the Year. In those positions, he was responsible for negotiating and managing hundreds of contracts with renown companies such as Advent Health, Loews Hotels, Hilton Hospitality and the Walt Disney Company.
Thus, this coalescence of energy, education and experience leads to a unique perspective for his clients’ real estate needs and investments. Alex will work diligently on your behalf as a committed ally and knowledgeable real estate professional, ensuring that your experience is exciting, engaging and memorable.
Shelby Serrão
With a relentless enthusiasm for real estate and life in general, Shelby Serrão is a dynamic young realtor whose combination of energy, creativity and organization exceeds her clients’ expectations. As a fourth-generation resident of Winter Park, Shelby attended the Geneva School and Orangewood Christian School before attending the University of Central Florida where she obtained her nursing degree. As a registered nurse in pediatrics at Arnold Palmer Hospital, Shelby possesses a caring demeanor and works well under pressure. With strong interpersonal and technological skills, she was selected as an ambassador for the acute peds department and is a technology resource nurse.
Her critical thinking skills and ability to make quick, effective decisions are beyond valuable in her current position, but also enables her to confidently assist her clients through all phases of the buying and selling process. As a stroke survivor, Shelby has learned to overcome the many challenges of life which has led to her unsurpassed strength and determination. Shelby wants her clients to feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire buying and selling process. As your agent, she remains accessible and attentive, serving her community and clients with sincerity and integrity.
